House Plans on Time and on Budget
Birch Hollow Design provides residential design planning services for new construction, additions and/or renovations for single family homes. Birch Hollow Design works with many other trades in the building industry and is always willing to provide recommendations. Services include:
- Free Consultation – To go over your project
- Field Measurements- If you are planning an addition or renovations, the existing home will be documented
- Preliminary Plans – Consisting of floor plans, a front elevation and a side elevation
- Revisions – Changes to your plans as well as the rear elevation and other side elevation
- Final Plans* – Consisting of dimensioned foundation and/or basement, dimensioned floor plans, elevations, window schedule, cad file for your engineer, etc.
*It is highly recommended that you bring the final plans to a local structural engineer or architect for plan review, structural information and wind bracing design. This service is not provided through Birch Hollow Design, though recommendations where to get these services can be provided. In some instances, the lumber company for your home can provide this information or your contractor can also provide recommendations.
General Pricing
Birch Hollow Design believes that general pricing should be available online to give the client an overall idea of what costs they will incur. Please keep in mind that these prices are APPROXIMATE but are considered TOTAL cost that include preliminary plans, revisions, and final plans. Pricing below EXCLUDES any charges incurred from any third party (ex. structural engineering, site engineering, etc).
New Homes less than 3,000 sqft:
Starting at $2,600
New Homes 3,000-4,000 sqft:
Starting at $3,200
New Homes over 4,000 sqft:
